La China fits into the larger picture:

SLE 8w9 so/sp: La China, Whitey Bulger
    LSE 8w9 so/sp: Iceman Kuklinski
    LIE 8w9 so/sp: Lucky Luciano
    ILE 8w9 so/sp: Elizabeth Holmes
    SLI 8w9 so/sp: Fedor Emelianenko
LSI 8w9 so/sp: Joe Stalin, Pol Pot

SLE 8w7 so/sp: John Gotti, Tony Spilotro
    LSE 8w7 so/sp: Brock Lesnar
LIE 8w7 so/sp: Al Capone, Alexander the Great
    ILE 8w7 so/sp: Jim Jones
    SLI 8w7 so/sp: X*
    LSI 8w7 so/sp: X*

That breakdown makes total sense. With La China and Bulger, the emphasis on territorial control is much stronger in contrast to LSE like Rich Kuklinski. Kuklinski was far more comfortable taking orders. He didn't show much ambition to be the boss of everything...no desire to control the entire city. he was content to follow and not meddle with the status quo. He could have broken off in his own faction if he had that desire too. LSE 8w9 so/sp isn't as driven to be the boss of bosses, but nevertheless they are tough enough to stop those that are. Churchill was also LSE 8w9 sp/so. SLE 8w9 is more of the antagonist. LSE 8w9 is more like the white knight, but not a goodie two shoed white knight.

*obviously sli 8w7 and lsi 8w7 are nonsensical correlations.
