your way of describing things and answering questions are often based upon "standard" notions and definitions of how things are. for example, with the clock question, you simply defined what the "measurements" on a clock are supposed to represent, and said "I guess that is a reasonable answer." and when explaining what "boorishness" is, you justified your answer by saying it "Sounds like the commonly accepted notion to me." you also say that you love instructions, technical writing, and explaining how things work / what the rules are. all of this is related to a focus on "objective" information, which to me indicates a preference for .

i think your writing and what you like to do exemplifies this kind of "exact knowledge", "objective phenomena and laws", "clarifying information" - these are all related to the semantics of . (i referenced the Extraverted Logic section on this page: http://www.the16types.info/vbulletin/content.php/155)

you said "I love to help people I care about by giving my time or money to improve their lives." i think this characteristic of how Businesslike (ExTx) types show that they care about someone.

your attitude towards food & cooking might be telling. i have noticed some people care very much about getting the ingredients and flavor just right, not just to make something edible, but because they are trying to create a certain experience - whereas you find cooking "monotonous", are loath to spend too much time doing it, and don't seem too worried about refinement of the final product, as long as you've got something to eat.

i was once trying to decide which restaurant to go to for lunch in a group with an LIE friend. he said "i don't really care what we eat, i'm just looking for sustenance." while describing food as "sustenance" is a technically correct way to describe what food means to human survival, on its own it devalues any emotional influence () as well as the sensory experience () that eating a meal may entail. while you weren't the one that made this statement, to me, your answers to the food-related questions evoke a similar kind of attitude.

so i do agree with @Muddytextures, i think LIE is a good option for you. i had already suspected this from previous posts of yours, as well as your VI. your answers to these 80 questions show a predominance of verbalization, and devaluing of that i wouldn't expect from an ILE.

you said you don't like routine, and you seem to be easily bored - i wonder if these are some reasons why you type yourself as an Irrational (xxxp)? i would say those qualities are not necessarily incompatible with being a Rational (xxxj) type. if you're doubting being Rational, i'd point out that you say that you are absolutely never late, and that you don't like frequent surprises in your life
