Would an ILI-so seem less Fe PoLR?

Yes I would think so, if there was an Fe type in his family for example his mother, he would have learned some extra social skills opposed to the standard ILI. But he would still be ILI, but just not make really dumb mistakes in that area since he has been corrected and learned alternative behaviour. It's not that they have more or better Fe, although it might be, but rather they have some learned behaviour that suits Fe better. But you would have to put 2 ILI's against an Fe person to really test this idea...
