Butter recipe? Its just cream, whipped, and add salt or not, right? I used to get fresh raw mile from my neighbor and whip my own butter, adding good sea salt. I never thought of anything else to add to it, unless its a special occasion thing like garlic herb butter or maple butter for a special meal.... so I wonder what you mean by butter recipe?

I have to look into where to find raw milk around here! There is some low-temp pasturized milk nearby, but I would like to find the raw. I guess I can start with a look at the Weston Price website for it.
