Se egos seem to notice things like that too, but are less inclined to change them to their own preferences.
Difference is Si focuses on depth rather than breadth. It will really focus on the best way to make a cup of coffee, everything from the type of bean, the machine used, how fresh the ingredients are. I tend to drink my coffee black because cream and sugar tend to mask the robustness of the coffee, especially a good coffee. Also, cream and sugar can cover up the fact that you're drinking coffee that really isn't that good to begin with. Anyways, I'm drinking Maxwell house right now because the good stuff is too expensive.

It's funny you mention the butter. I have a recipe that I've modified specifically for real butter because the butter enhances the flavor. I was going to make it last night, but didn't have the butter so went with the original recipe. It really does make a difference, I swear.
