    Default QUICK, ESTps!

Say you harboured feelings for a certain INFp. And you have harboured these feelings for a looooong time, but when it was strongest, it never worked out because the INFp chose someone else.

But NOW, the INFp likes you. Yet you don't know it. And you still have slight feelings but they are just 'meh' ... would it make a difference if the INFp told you his/her strong feelings? Would it make you like the person more, like before?

Or would it make it worse? I don't know whether ESTps enjoy playing hard to get. Whether or not they like the 'chase' and don't like being pursued themselves.

    PLEASE ....

    help me =)

Tell him and get it over with, so taht you can have an interesting bit of relationship, and then break up, and then get back together, and then convince yourselves in inlove and get married

Basically, the sooner you get together or tell him how you feel, the sooner you can follow your non linear relationship development, which will involve ups and downs, and possible break ups and get back togethers.

THis advise is tainted with some humor, but it's not completely lighthearted either. I'm no ESTp or INFp, though.
Posts I wrote in the past contain less nuance.
If you're in this forum to learn something, be careful. Lots of misplaced toxicity.

~an extraverted consciousness is unable to believe in invisible forces.
~a certain mysterious power that may prove terribly fascinating to the extraverted man, for it touches his unconscious.

I'd be mad. Mad and sad for 2 days, then probably forget about it, or push for getting her back, depending on how I perceive the other person in relation to me.

But NOW, the INFp likes you. Yet you don't know it. And you still have slight feelings but they are just 'meh' ... would it make a difference if the INFp told you his/her strong feelings?
It would definitely make me incredibly happy. Otherwise, what? Even if, it is preferable not to come off too strong IMHO. Just tell him that you'd like to see him and hang out without immediatly start speaking about feelings. Try to appear a bit enthusiastic!

Would it make you like the person more, like before?
If I liked a girl and she rejected me, usually I still like the girl, I just have forgotten about her.

Oh wait. How old are you? When I was 14-15 I rejected a girl that I liked. It went this way: I liked her when i was 12 but I was nerdy. then from 12 to 14 i grew up and became somewhat hot. The girl noticed and said that now she liked me, but I was deeply offended that she only liked me because i looked better.

IN ANY CASE if there is no such a thing, it's okay. Prepare yourself to an inspection of the kind Why did you reject me blah blah blah.

Or would it make it worse? I don't know whether ESTps enjoy playing hard to get.
I've been told that I play hard to get but it's usually because I'm somewhat proud and don't like to show to a girl too much that I like her, in the first stages of the relationship. This means that no, I don't like to play hard to get.

Whether or not they like the 'chase' and don't like being pursued themselves.
Different story altoghether, you're not "chasing" him because he was the one chasing you in the past, and now you're just responding.

Bottom line: depends on how hurt he was before.

Basically, the sooner you get together or tell him how you feel, the sooner you can follow your non linear relationship development, which will involve ups and downs, and possible break ups and get back togethers.
The sooner you get the hell outta here, the sooner you'll be able to finally enjoy the vaginal fluid of an ESFj. Too bad it's going to taste like Mr. Clean.

Thanks for the advice guys =D

I <3 ESTps heh. But I find it terribly hard to recognize one.. other than this one that I am talking about now, I can't seem to find any ESTps in my life.

I will keep you updated on how my little foray goes. I'm waiting until school begins to reassert myself more in his life haha.

OH btw.. would you like it if an INFp told you his/her feelings outright, in person? OR in a cute way, like a card?
