Gulenko's descriptions of INFjs and ENFps. I'll add the ISTp and ESTj ones once I've edited them. Have fun. (I'm not a native speaker of Russian, so these texts aren't a 100% perfect version of what Gulenko meant, but they are a lot more readable than the machine translated texts, at least IMO. If you spot a mistake, please PM me and I'll correct it.)

INFJ (Ethics- intuitive introvert - Dostoyevsky)
Description according to functions
1. Fi
A good eye for the relationships between people. Knows who gets along or does not get along with whom. Relations to itself distinguishes more badly; therefore suffers superfluous trustfulness. Values honesty and decency in human relations. Does not pardon treasons and treachery. [With people, which it strongly brought, it vomits any relations.] It differs in terms of courtesy and softness in the contact on the distant distance. Its humanism manifests in concrete acts; it avoids declarations and beautiful words. Generous. Able to pardon even its enemies, if they sincerely confess. Maintains even, benevolent relations with all.
2. Ne
Possesses the talent of educator, since he understands the necessity to reveal the abilities of people. Treats children and adults similarly, encouraging independence and other qualities that are necessary for adult life. Greatly values a friendly exchange of opinions that creates a climate of confidence and respect for the other person’s position. Supports mutual understanding in the associations in which it is located. Able to navigate even the most complex situations of life. People turn to it for counsel and for confirmation of the possibility of [what approaches them or what they fear]. Drawn to the new, the uncommon. Loves self-education. Attempts to find the interrelation between different studies and theories; as a rule, those are of a spiritual- humanitarian nature. Like no other, understands the effect of religion on the life of people.
3. Ti
Knows how to force itself to be disciplined and executive. Honest, although sluggish in execution of concrete work. Careful in details. Adheres to undertaken obligations. Works modestly, without noise and praises. Attempts to approach situations objectively, without emotions, analyzing facts. However, finds it difficult to express its understanding of a problem in analytical language. In official situations it appears restrained and somewhat dry. Greatly dislikes to manifest [its relation on the people.] Solves difficult problems with the help of the large amount of patience with which nature has entrusted him.
4. Se
[If wounded], heavily transfers roughness. [Cannot press people to make them do anything they don’t want to do.] Although very nervous in extreme situations, pulls himself together and acts decisively if people close to it are affected. [The wave of experiences makes smooth already when danger is behind.] Selects as partners those who push it slightly to dynamism. [Will mobilize, but not those, who guard from the agitations and is removed from it responsibility.] Sharply answers attempts to act on it by coercion or rough force. In such situations it is capable to flare up and openly express its [negative relation]. Irritable in contact with ill-wishers.
5. Te
Cannot sit idly when others work. Attempts to mobilize it by campaigns do not work; the best method to connect it to the work is personal example. Has true pleasure in comfortable, well organized labor. Likes when [they help to be freed] from useless expenditure of forces, to rationally [organize] the workplace. There is no need for issuing detailed procedures to it, it takes a long time to introduce into the policy of the matter. Will find necessary information on its own. The main thing is that all that is required for the work would be located near at hand. Has the tendency to overwork itself. Is grateful to those who care about its leisure and maintenance of health.
6. Si
Its mood strongly depends on physical state. When it is ill [or inconvenienced], suffers pessimism and poor mood. [Experiences internal need to handle weak and patients]. However, it is necessary that this would be understood, otherwise it is offended even though it would not say so. Feels at ease in small, but warm companies. Worries about the mood of people of its circle. If necessary, then [it priobodrit or] it will comfort. Critical of its appearance. Dislikes being told what to wear or how to appear, although it needs approval and councils about its appearance and the use of various [objects of custom]. Avoids garish, [separating] clothing.
7. Fe
Better than others senses the ripening of conflicts. Focuses attention on the negative emotions of people, condemns them; however, he cannot [avoid himself]. Knows how to listen, to sympathize, to remove emotional stress from people. Can relate his own experiences only to very close people. Deeply [survives] negative, dramatic events in the life of those around, even if they don’t concern him directly. Internally a very emotionally stressed and nervous person. Although he knows how to check his own emotions, periodically needs emotional dischargings. Is torn away in the contact with close ones, if he seizes them in the lie, the selfishness, the indifference.
8. Ni
Lives and works quietly. Does not love delays or advancings forward. [Heavily it is reconstructed to the new working rhythm]. Dislikes useless expenditure of time. Will not begin to [for long await optional person]. Punctual, concludes assigned work on time. Does not feel [sorry time for the work]. Labor is evaluated according to a quantity of spent time. Working activity is always separated from the entertainments. Knows how to calculate, how much time one should spend on whom. Does not love garrulous people, [which many forces return to the consideration of the not relating to the matter problems]. Will not begin to tear off people from work by empty questions.
External signs [abbreviated]
Impassive face. An expression of suffering seemingly lies on face. Never manifests stormy positive emotions. It can only smile. At a distance the INFJ’s face seems to express silent reproach to the guilt that occurs all around. The same is heard also in the intonation of its speech. In the INFJs clothing the following extremes are observed. From one side, does not attempt to dress extremely or controversially, prefers modest, but tasteful clothing /aesthetical type/, from other side, it can dress up very vividly like a parrot, according to fashion. The latter is characteristic for the men of intuitive subtype.
Social behaviour
INFJs love at first to control people, evaluating the relationship as it unfolds, and only then to enter into closer contact. Don’t take the initiative. The sharpness and touchiness characteristic of INFJs (especially of the ethical subtype) [make it in the contact convenient]. Its moralizing tone, monotonic "church" voice dissipate wantonness and merry attitude, are tuned people to the minor harmony, as if making it necessary to think about entire poverty of this world. The most characteristic for determining this type of personality from the manner of contact - this is its "ispovedal'nost'". People frequently turn to it for council and comfort in difficult moments, they [issue soul]. The INFJ never repulses people, but is ready to listen them as much as is necessary until they calm down. In such cases, the INFJ does not regard his personal time. Tries to [be dismantled] objectively, impartially at everything, after rejecting emotions. After this, it logically brings man to the necessary conclusion. Because of his inflexible position by those surrounding is sometimes received as naive, not knowing how to live as all, the man. He is not actually completely capable to use cunning, to tune, to play role necessary according to the situation.
Special features of behavior
The chief characteristic of its behavior, which helps to reliably identify this type, is the readiness to come to the aid of those close to him, especially in difficult vital situations. Moreover his concern is manifested not in words, but in actions. INFJs obtain well the reconciliation of people, seeming to step between the opposing parties, maintaining good relations with both; however, this frequently causes fire from two sides. Cannot press people, shout, or manifest aggression. The strongest punishment he can administer is to completely ignore someone persistently until they recognize their fault and ask forgiveness. Another characteristic feature of the INFJ’s behavior is honesty in execution of concrete work. Does everything thoroughly, with high quality. Assiduous. Exacting to cleanliness and order. Houses it frequently makes [harvesting, thoroughly adds things (woman)]. Loves a calm, measured life. Tries to be prepared in advance for everything. Always reliable. Does not love to be separated. When others work, he also works together with all. But if all sit, he also sits. Usually he will not endure scenes of violence, wounds and blood. He cannot for long endure closed space.
Recommendations
A fundamental understanding of people and human interrelations is your strong side. You are interested in the motives of behavior, in sincere qualities, relations between the people, which you observe over a long time. And the longer lasts this study, the more error-free you determine the nature of the man as he really is, but does not wish to be seen as.
You strive for warm, friendly relations between people. You do not transfer roughness and violence. In this the humanistic qualities of your personality are manifested, and for this you are valued and respected by those around you. Your knowledge of people and life experience will always help you to find [their place in the association]. Other advantages of yours are constant sensitivity, kindness and attentiveness. For those, you deserve gratitude. You try to make your compassion real, not only to express it in words. Without stinting your own forces and time, you help anyone who actually needs your aid.
The final goal of your activity is the creation of a calm, harmonious, non-conflicting situation, in which everyone can develop its abilities. You are the best comforter and reconciler. You forgive people their negative behavior and transgression. You act on their conscience, you make it necessary to think about the moral basis of our life. The problem that disturbs you is a deficiency in resoluteness and initiative, an inability to [require in the volitional form]. To this contributes a certain shyness inherent in your nature to one degree or another. You are very punctilious, you fear to seem obtrusive, to inappropriately attract attention to yourself.
You are modest and nonagressive. After [being hurt], you do not react actively, you prefer to conceal the offence. Even accepting protection from others is inconvenient to you. You consider that the person who offended you must himself realize what he has done and repent. But if he does not do this, you try to avoid contact with him, punishing him with silence. You should develop in yourself the following abilities: the ability to directly criticize dishonorableness and dishonesty, the ability not to pity people who are incorrigible or unrepentant, the ability [of not giving to use itself into whose- that mercenary purposes]. Learn to say "no" in time. Sympathize a little less with outside people and pay a little more attention to close ones.
Another problem is your very thorough study of the details of any matter, generating sluggishness and unemotionality. Getting stuck in trifles, you hardly find time for valuable leisure in nature or in the company of friends, and this can badly affect your health. You thoroughly and deeply analyze everything that concerns you and those close to you. The results of a similar objective analysis are frequently uncomforting, because [you experience over time feelings] of deep grief and pessimism. You superfluously suppress everything that exceeds the scope of decency, morals and spirituality.
Do not [occasionally show to much pity only to later flagellate yourself for a lack of] honesty and validity. Remember that true validity does not allow compromises with conscience.
Accelerate the tempo of work, be focussed so that your attention does not become stuck on trifles, and instead focus only on the main thing, the essential. Try [„skorochteniye“?] - this will help you to learn to see the big picture of a phenomenon or event. Analyzing facts, you approach not refinement, but generalization. The knowledge of general regularities will free you from the expenditures of forces and nerves for [„those not justified, little whom interesting aspects matters“].

ENFP (Intuitive- ethical ekstravert - ENFp)
Description according to functions
1. Ne
Possesses excellent intuition of people. Concludes the internal motivation of a person out of separate sentences, intonation, facial expressions and special features of behavior. Easily surmises [„what that attains“?]. Quick learner, since he knows how to grip the essence of a problem. Well developed imagination: devises histories, [are constructed means], entertaining subjects. Drawn to talented and uncommon personalities. Knows how to encourage and inspire people, making them compliments, describing iridescent prospects. Proposes different solutions for a problem. Cannot endure monotonous work. Strongly dislikes repetition that generates boredom.
2. Fi
Like no other examines the logic of human relations. Finds especially intelligible the reasons for complications and discord in love and friendship. Finds it easier to preserve fixed relations than to restore those tearing apart. Sensitive to antipathy. Sociable. Able to relate to any person he finds interesting. Understands with whom he should associate on what distance, although that is not always maintained. Knows what to do to support a favorable psychological atmosphere in relationships. Advises, [how to associate with people in order to become necessary to them].
3. Se
In extreme situations he will mobilize and act very decisively. Rebuffs any encroachments. Cannot but answer attempts at dictates, at power pressure. Is very independent himself and will not begin to constrain others. Now and then has not be sufficient willpower in order to take himself in hands and to carry out that which ripened. Does not fear to confront superior forces. Can go to the chief of any rank and require resolution of his question. Has a habit to catch a rival [„with the first“?]. After getting involved in a dispute, he is active, and now and then also aggressive, defending his opinion. Suffers because of his excitability and impetuosity. For this reason [„to him it is hard to remove stress in the humeral part of the housing“? Could this mean: often has muscle tensions in the shoulders and upper arms?]
4. Ti
Cannot effectively work within a rigid system with many limitations. Greatly dislikes supervision of the system of his relationships with those around him. Will not investigate the details of any information; tries to understand only the general direction. Because of the fact that he does not always listen people to the end, he leaves the impression [that he doesn’t fully understand them; or: that he lacks understanding]. Commits subjective errors when drawing logical conclusions and making decisions. Ignores the side of actual positions that contradict his own ideas. The tedious work of calculating has been given to him by Mother Nature with difficulty [?]. In these areas he only makes an effort in order not to leave a poor impression of himself and not to harm relationships.
5. Si
Properly relaxes only in completely comfortable situations, when he feels at home and does not to worry about consequences. Needs large doses of pleasant sensations. Pleasures play a large role in his life. Greatly loves when others surround him with cosiness and attention. Because of his thrust to the entertainments, now and then creates the impression of a superficial, lighthearted essence. After being pulled into the whirlpool of the sweet life, he can arrive at a tragic end. Worries little about himself, at first he can manage with few. However, physical and moral discomfort strongly undermine his health. Searches for ease, unburdened by the fight for existence.
6. Te
His mood depends on the nature of the work. If he regards it as uninteresting or useless, then his mood strongly deteriorates. For the same reason he is not drawn to the regular managing of life and housework. Has tendency towards adventure. Loves to fall into uncommon situations, to accomplish unexpected behavior. This gives him back a taste for life. Is not pragmatic or economical. If he organizes something, he makes this for the soul, not for profit. Best reward for his labor are admiration and positive emotions. A large place in his life is occupied by games, by things that connect the pleasant with the useful. Tries to turn work or instruction into a game.
7. Ni
Attempts to check the expense of time by those surrounding. Does not endure people who act nonoperational or take away precious time. Does not know how to govern his time. Is inclined to the frequent delays. When talking about any subject, he follows his associations, presents information noncompactly, and therefore is not [„plotted in the diverted time“?]. For him it is very important to keep track of the continuous development of a situation. Without hope and positive changes, [he becomes lethargic]. Trusts precocious promises, although he knows that time is necessary to effect serious changes. Not characterized by long-suffering. [If we its attempts break in two fate fall through], then gradually it is subdued to the inevitability.
8. Fe
Knows how to appear initiative, inspiring people for a cause. But when his desire disappears, he attempts to find people who would complete this without his own direct participation. Inside him there are contradictory experiences and sad thoughts. Distracts himself with work. In this case he has no sense of measure; he is likely to [be overstrained or to process]. In social contact he is emotional, [„neposredstven“?] and are somewhat naive. However, these qualities help him to achieve success in what seem to be hopeless or very difficult situations. In a good mood it operationally solves the current everyday or working difficulties. Rapidly it will find how to replace absent things or manage without them.
External signs
This personality type, perhaps, is the most difficult to identify according to external signs at a distance. It does not possess the clearly expressed signs of face. Fi subtype: motion and gait are rapid, irregular; hands frequently freely swing as on a leash. Ne subtype: motions are slowed down, calm, without jerks. The style of clothing, especially in women, always betrays a light carelessness, incompletness, lack of severity. The clothes are in a romantic style, [„raskreposhchennyy“?] and light. In clothing, as in entire appearance, ENFPs present a certain theatricality or carnival spirit. EN(F)Ps: "shooting" eyes, wantonness, which is received very naturally. E(N)FPs: when it does not associate, surprise on the person is frequently written, face itself slightly raises itself upward.
Social Behaviour
It is very easy to identify ENFPs from their social behaviour. If the discussion deals with people, then the ENFP is the Don Juan, who considerably easily conquers female hearts by gentle, courteous manners, by his skill to make compliments [„shityu nenavyazchivym“?], by his [„flexible care“?]. Female ENFPs, especially the ethical subtype, for the same reasons are frequently seen as flightly and easily accessible, provoking men to active attempts. However, if things become serious, the ENFp issues an unexpectedly decisive rebuff [...]. The ENFP’s social behaviour is characterized by directness and emotionalism. He knows how to approach practically any person. He is a very pleasant person to be with and talk to. He helps people with councils about how to [get out of a difficult ethical situation]. He awakens hope by sentences like "everything will be alright", "it can still turn out for the best", "there is always a way" and the like. To logical types this manner of contact can seem confused and superficial. However, precisely because of the fact that he does not trouble himself with a detailed study of details, the ENFP is capable to easily master new fields of knowledge, grasping the most interesting things in the sphere he finds attractive. Because of his attraction to the beautiful life this type very frequently is encountered in large cities where there are many possibilities for the lighthearted pastime and entertainments.
Special features of behavior
Having the capability to observe ENFPs over a long period of time, it is easy to establish the very characteristic property of their behavior – their skill to create around themselves a circle of close familiars, in the center of attention of which they themselves are located. Moreover necessary to an ENFP [are that the relationships in this group of people are gentle, [„with a feeling of time“?]. Greatly values the opinion of people around him. Actively defends them when someone doubts their ability. ENFPs are characterized by volitional mobilization in extreme situations. When all around panic, the ENFP is activated, becomes decisive, and he can take command if those around him do not turn out to be the more volitional type of personality. Under normal conditions he is very relaxed. Tedious monotonous work is not one of the things he is naturally good at. A deep study of specific questions is dull work for an ENFP. After learning the most interesting in one sphere, he feels drawn to another. Enthusiasms frequently change. He badly shapes the documentation: reports, information, tables. Pays great attention to his appearance. Each time brings himself into order as if he were to go on stage. In behavior he is inclined to adventurism, to unconsidered measures, to the improvised. Only the ENFP can under the effect of its [„envelopped“?] desire board a train and leave for an unknown destination for one purpose alone - to be [amused]. He loves to spend a certain sum of money on his whims. Men of this type are inclined to be on a spree in restaurants for show. ENFPs frequently want the "dolce vita", unburdened by dull daily concerns. With age this, of course, can pass.
Recommendations
Your well developed intuition, which enables you to error-free determine the concealed possibilities and abilities of other people, is the strong side of your personality. Your insight especially sharply notes negative advances in people. Put greater trust in its first impression, since your kindness and condescension can force you to somewhat idealize people of closer acquaintance.
You know how to manifest sensitivity and attention to those surrounding, you try [„soak by him to be dismantled at the“?] personal problems, to make them pleasant. Noting talents and merits of people, you make successful compliments, trying thus to raise the self-confidence of each, to improve their mood, and to inspire confidence that they can reach their desired result.
Another strong feature is your skill to establish warm, confidential relations with people, which inspires frankness. This frankness you try to use for the good – to give diplomatic councils to disentangle them from difficult life situations, to avoid mockeries and too-prompt solutions people would come to regret. On the other hand, if someone does not justify your confidence this causes antipathy. You erect between him and yourself an invisible barrier, and you try to distance yourself from him. Your antipathies are as strong as your sympathy. But most frequently you skillfully maintain harmonious and even relationships with people. You are an outstanding diplomat.
Your weak side is the inability to force yourself to do long tedious work, to follow established rules and regulations, to thoroughly maintain documentation, to study details, to work in the smallness, with the large accumulation of people, and to also respect hierarchy independent of the individual qualities of authorities. Things that are difficult for you are impartial logical analysis, separation of the main thing from secondary, and because of this you tend to sink in infinite matters and change your enthusiasms. For you it is also difficult to correctly manage your time which leads in the final analysis to physical and nervous overstrain and to dissatisfaction with life.
I would recommend the following: work out a flexible, but clear order for your day and try to stick to it. When planning measures for tomorrow, always determine the importance of each of them. When trusting your power of observation, remember that in you it is extended only to people: in the business sphere, listen to the councils of professionals, otherwise you will be inevitably accused of superficiality. Read more, and read more thoughtfully, and write down the most important rules and positions. Remember that improvisation and a vague general idea will by no means enable you to progress.
Another of your problems are the inconsiderably developed force of will, the inability to control yourself always. You frequently [„kolebletes'“?] when you make decisions of major importance, and the unexpected flashes of aggressiveness can spoil your relationships. Although your courage and resoluteness in extreme situations frequently rescues you, in the calm state you periodically radiate apathy, and your tone falls.
Foster in yourself restraint and sequence, and force yourself to be ever more thoroughly and to bring your work to the desired end. Try not to press on those around you without [occasion explicit to first, proposing obtrusive councils, requiring from them the immediate fulfillment of what that not it was]. Try to govern your emotions. For you are very useful occupations by autotraining.
If you feel that conflict is inevitable, try to immediately end contact in order not to regret subsequently what you said or did. Do not be nervous about trifles, do not be concentrated on your experiences, since this can negatively affect your health.
