I tried to look at that website but it seems to be nonexistent. Does anyone know what happened to it?
I really would love to get a hold of these people to show them my findings.

I've had the exact same observation of Te-dom types: that look. This is a composite I've put together from my observations of the TeSi:

What really makes the look of Te-dom types is the mouth shape. They usually have this "buldge" in their cheeks but also a bit of a squareness to the bottom of the smile (the chin).

When they smile they often have a "square smile", if that makes any sense.
And when they talk, their mouth also moves in asymmetrical ways.
