I think the term "ignoring" actually captures this function well. It sometimes becomes clear to me when dealing with Fi-leading that I'm kind of ... actively impervious to Fi. I find myself getting into disagreements withdominant types, apparently because of different ways of evaluating and describing things, and what appears to be a different perception of where boundaries lie.
I realize that I'm probably misperceivingers once the problem starts rolling, and then my go-to action is to disengage because there's no real resolution possible. The reason being that, for my part, the deeper the conflict, the more firmly I push away their communication. (In the case of ISFj, I can usually find more common ground as a workaround.)
However, this is not true with all Fi-leading people, as there are plenty of socionics "non-ideal" relationships in my life that work just fine.
