I don't know why, either. Natural pigments were all that were available for most of mankind's history. The variety of blues and reds that we see today simply were not available to painters who restricted themselves to natural materials. In addition, a lot of those materials used for paints are toxic and/or chemically unstable, so they don't retain their colors.

The woman in the video seems SEI-Si to me. She reminds me a bit of an ESI-Se artist I know, who is extremely interested in the sources of her art materials and in doing new things with her art which have meaning primarily to her. Weirdly enough, I find the woman in the video strangely revolting, and the ESI artist strangely attractive. I have to look hard to see their differences. They could be twin sisters.

I'll take a guess. She seems like an Intuitive type and a Beta. I think she's EIE. 3:31 - "I loved performing".

I stopped watching at 4:35 since the evidence for EIE kept increasing.

I think that people with similar leading functions can look similar, yes. For example, I look a bit like LSE's. That Te makes the face square. Also, I know a female IEI who married an SEE. They were married for at least 25 years, and just recently divorced. Those off-functions can wear on you.

Look at the woman in the video and ask yourself if she's more of an Intuitive or more of a Sensor. The ESE's that I know are great with Si and hopeless with intuition. They also have some fat padding, which I don't see much of in EIE's.

Thank you Adam, that is helpful. I was actually thinking of my sister. Similar bone structure, kind of a vibe and style, the way she was sticking out her tongue in the still is what first got me, my sister did that all the time, while throwing up peace signs and such.

Woah, I've got some research to do. This girl doesn't really remind me of my sister in the way she talks and what she talks about, but I wouldn't have called my sister hopeless in intuition at all. Someone VI'ed her as SEI once and I was highly questioning that because she seemed extratim and she seemed to have some Se valuing. I was considering SEE, but she didn't seem like a gamma at all, seemed more merry quadra and undoubtedly Fe-valuing. She was drawn to the dark side and led a wild life, neglecting her self-care. Wow, thanks Adam, I can't say for certain yet, but I've certainly got some research to do.

I'm pretty sure her tritype was 279 by the way, not necessarily in that order, but that seemed like her heart, head and gut.

I think she's SEI-Si. She looks very similar to me when I was younger and I was going to say SLI but I watched videos of her as little kid and she acts and looks totally different... almost like a different type/person, as kid she looks SEI. And also her lyrics makes me think SEI over SLI.

haha its not the fact that she uses natural pigments, its just the whole vibe of the video and the way she's talking, the music she chose with her voice over, and the fact that she's filmed all of these clips of herself
