How does the superid fit with Freud's model

If the id is the unconscious, instinctive part that wants immediate pleasure, the superego is society's influence and one's moral conscience, and the ego is the mediator between the two, trying to achieve the id's aims without offending the superego, then where does the superid fit in?

The super-id block is a simplified adaptation of Jung's Anima / Animus archetype, hence its dual-seeking role.
The id and super-id functions are pushed into the unconscious by the dominance of their opposites in the conscious ego. Socionics defines conscious and unconscious a little differently though (i.e. less starkly and focuses more on observable differences).

ok that makes sense, I wonder why Augusta used Freud's terminology though if it was more based on Jung. confusing
I guess:
ego = jung's ego archetype
superego = persona
superid = anima
id = shadow
and ego + superego would be the conscious mind, superid+ id unconscious
Found this on wiki:
One danger was of what Jung termed "invasion" of the conscious by the unconscious archetype - "Possession caused by the anima...bad taste: the anima surrounds herself with inferior people".[11] Jung insisted that "a state of anima possession...must be prevented. The anima is thereby forced into the inner world, where she functions as the medium between the ego and the unconscious, as does the persona between the ego and the environment".[12]
So the super-id block is supposed to remain unconscious, bringing it into consciousness is dangerous. Maybe this is what in MBTI is called an "in the grip" episode.
and it would balance the urges of the ID with the conscious ego, like freud's ego does between the ID and superego. On the physical level, then, the Ego block would be like one's social conscience, and the superid the rational mind, which allows the ID's urges to be fulfilled in a way that the Ego block can accept.
Super-id and Id in socionics are both in the preconscious.
