morning: eggs and spinach/peppers
lunch: no lunch usually since i wont be at home. maybe drink a coffee on the go or have a bagel if i find time
night: pasta with eggs peppers spinach and broccoli with some sauce
snacks: peanutbutter/bagels
luxury: meats if i am craving it, but its expensive
its really boring but it works for me. i make eat and clean the food in about 15 minutes total. im the kind of person who will eat anything if its there, but if no one will make me anything or buys anything then i just pick the bare bones of what i think i need (in this case carbs, vegetables, and protein)
