... that caffenated or whatever water would be a good idea? You get all the addiction of the drug, without all the suger/other chemicals that Coke has.

I actually would buy into the idea of caffinated water, so as long as it's flavorless, as I have a general distaste for coffee.

I think it would be a good/bad idea. It would be a good idea for caffeine nuts like me. It would be a bad idea for it's negative side effects.

big market but limited success-(www.waterjoe.com). If American food companies really wanted to sell non-carbonated, non-coffee caffiene product they could slap 'healthy all natural'(though there are some FDA regulations on labelling goods like this, meaning that the companies would have to make a somewhat health oriented product, 'tomato buzz' anyone?) on the drink label. Most uninformed consumers would call this a good purchase regardless of the actual content.

Yeah, definately flavorless. Just water with some sort of drug in it like caffeine. Power water!!

@everyone else: we can't make money of that, like health just said.

i don't think flavorless would sell. Most people like to enjoy whatever they take into their body. Ashton was right-- if you don't want to enjoy the sensual aspect of sensual things-- take pills.

BTW, what do you think of nicotine? We could always put that in there and it would have the same effect. I'm just saying it would be a good option for people who don't like coffe, don't want Coke (which has worse things in it then caffeine), and so on.

i always have felt like caffine doesn't do anything for me no matter how much i intake, so i don't really understand the addiction to it

i like coffee i guess, as long its flavorful, or has milk and sugar and all that
but it fucks up my stomach so meh

I thought that a liquid marijuana beverage would be a good idea, since it would alleviate the harmful lung damage resulting from the smoke similar to cigarettes. The high should also last much longer considering that it is ingested rather than smoked.

wtf is wrong with you people. I might prefer motivation from outside sources, but I don't get why so many people like to be dependent upon caffine to feel good.
Posts I wrote in the past contain less nuance.

Your right, drug free is the way to go. You don't need marijuana to be relaxed and open, there is no need caffeine to stay alert. Most importantly, you don't need to alcohol to have an enjoyable experience when your partying or out at night. Simple lifestyle changes can fix the problems that these drugs solve.

It doesnt make me fell good. Other than being addicted, it helps me breathe better. I remember quitting once. Even after the raging flu-like symptoms of withdrawal left, I found that I was better with caffeine. I veiw it as moderation. It is my little vice in the world that has minimal negative effects as I dont smoke and rarely ever drink (this month has been an exception with alcohol because people wont quit inviting me to parties lol but Id say I consume about 5-10% of what the other do).

(note: based on my lack of strong knowledge in this subject, i don't know if this is totally relevant. if it isn't, feel free to rip me apart.)

    from wikipedia:

The LD50 of nicotine is 50 mg/kg for rats.
The median lethal dose (LD50) of caffeine is 192 mg/kg in rats.

This is bullshit. You obviously have never experienced a real "buzz" before. Get outside of your house, find some drugs, and find lyf for yourself. That's my advice to everyone

It's actually true. I can enjoy myself without alcohol or drugs, but honestly, I just prefer them so much that I save the good sober times for a little once in a while to keep them special. Substance highs are just so much more readily available that you might as well save the "real" shit for once in a while, IMO.

So, nicotine's a bit stronger, but that makes it neither worse than, or different from, caffeine. After all, wine is "stronger" then beer, but it's not worse for you than beer.

What I was saying is that nicotine and caffeine are said to have about the same affect on you, because they have the same active ingredient. They coud have other side effects, but that's what makes them similar.
