I haven't been on vacation twice in the same place, but anyway, I'd say Santorini (Greece) was the best so far.
The area around my hometown (Treviso, Italy) is also objectively very nice with both Venice and the Dolomite mountains at arms lenght, bonus point I don't have to pay for my stay except for the flight.
