Interesting, my husband has been going on and on about him recently.
I haven't seen the movie but I feel like I have, he likes to rub it my face that this "proves" that animals are never to be trusted.

maybe you're right, implied. he did seem to need external affirmation--quite a lot, in fact. Remember how he always spoke to childrens' groups?
And he brought girlfriends into the woods with him...

    hmm...

Default timothy treadwell a.k.a. grizzly man

For some reason I find this man very intriguing. I saw the movie "Grizzly Man" a while back and decided to do some research.

He and his friend lived in the Katmai National Park and Preserve on the Alaska Penninsula. He felt he was protecting the grizzlies from the public. He and his friend were killed by a grizzly. It is a sad story so please don't go to the above link if you do not think you can handle it. There aren't any pictures of the incident but several of the two alive.

I wondered while watching the movie if perhaps he had undiagnosed mental problems. Sometimes he appeared to switch from one personality to another. Quite bizarre.

You mean from Kind Warrior to Samurai? He strikes me as very INFj, a real NF protector of his "children," the bears. Certainly an introvert, given how much time he spent alone and hated intruders. I would say j because he really had to stick it out amid the harsh conditions to live out his quest, and I think a p type after 13 years might switch to something different. Also he makes very decisive statements: "If you try to come out here you will die" and "if I die out here it's what I want," death having such a decisive finality attached to it. But I think we can be most sure that he was an I-F-

    Eh! Steve!

I didn't get INFj vibes from him... I saw him as more ISFj when I saw the story on the Discovery Channel.
