Thanks for your help everyone. The reason I was thinking ENFp was because a long time ago (she was probably 8 at the time) a well-known family therapist tested her and said she was ENFp (this particular therapist also happened to be ENFp). He was pretty sure on our types. I would ask him “why would she be an extrovert if I talk more than she does?” he said that she was an extrovert, but ENFp’s were quiet extroverts... (Keep in mind this was a long time ago, so I could be leaving some things out).

I assume he was using MBTI, and INFjs are often ENFP in MBTI.

I always thought ESFj’s were more energized and smiley, while my sister is more mellow and calm.

Yes you may have spotted precisely the difference between EJ and IJ temperaments and perhaps also between and dominants.

Actually the only thing that made me think of ISFj was the "tidy" thingy but overall she seems more INFj than ISFj to me.

At home ESFJs often like to be more relaxed and seem more "introverted" or calm then when they are out and about. Everyone else they know may think that they have unlimated energy, but that's not so.

She acts pretty comfortable and mellow with her friends. Not too shy at all, yet quiet.

She likes to be around people (rather than be alone) and she’s almost always out doing something with her friends.

HUGE red flag for not IxFJ. IxFJs not only not like being around people (especially the young ones), but they'd prefer to be home doing nothing then always having to be in the middle of someting. This almost stamps her as an "Extravert".

My ESFJ sister did the same thing, too.

Rocky, a lot of the stuff that you mentioned aplied perfectly to my ISFj mom when she was in her mid teens. She had a lot of friends, was always up and about, and never got off the phone. Or at least that's what she says. I don't doubt her, though. She also constantly cleans, and takes care of everyone and everything.

That last sentence does sound ISFJ, but for the first part of your post, errhhmmm... maybe you're mom exaggerated the "up and about" type stuff... since I see ISFJs as being kind of... boring?... but I know that's not the best word for it.

Taking care of people is what moms do... regardless of their type. If it's type related, it's more likely Si than anything.
