    yeah, i saw this a long time ago. it's good. although the things they do seem totally against common sense. or maybe i just know because i grew up with the nuclear thing.

    I think you were meant to notice that. They tried to survive using strategies they learned during World War 2, nearly oblivious to what was going on.

    The part where the man enthusiastically quotes Churchill's "We shall never surrender" speech gets me every time. They were just so hopelessly naive about everything working out and at the prospect of someone coming to their rescue.
