I think that such a problem should be resolved by experts. Did you address your question to the professional doctors?

Yes, after my diets (weight loss) i became hypoglycemic (and very carbs sensitive- after eating 2 slices of white bread i would get dizzy and really hot not in a good way). Just eat ~2000- 2500 calories (or how much you need, there are calculators around the net), eat snacks between meals and you will be fine unless you have some real issues.
I have it. I find that protein helps me stay full longer. Eating a ton of bread carbs and not much else will drop me sooner. And, of course, I watch how much sugar I'm putting into my body at a given time.

Protein intake actually is not advised under such condition. May cause further problems.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE
