this is odd because it seems to me that if culture is such that apps are now giving 37 different gender options, you'd think that would be a culture that skews democrat over republican. I guess the idea is gender identity options on tinder enrages a subset of the population to such a degree that it outweighed consideration on other issues and led to trump, which is kind of like a modern day barabbas. yeah I guess that is sort of funny when you think about it

I'm not a big fan of Trump, but the whole make fun of him because of things like "Space Force" thing drives me nuts. He's not the first person to propose it, and other Democrats have proposed it as well. He didn't just pull that out of nowhere. The media relentlessly criticizes him for things that they supported in the past from their liberal presidents and candidates. I think Trump does a lot of stupid shit, but the media is obviously biased when it comes to Trump.

Space Force coming from Trump is special because of how his proclivity toward petty domination and distracting tactics make it just another example of him focusing on something stupid in light of what should be primary. If Obama had proposed space force it probably wouldn't have been to distract from his treason or because of a star wars tier understanding of future space conflict. if it was, people would criticize him too. if you separate out the character of the people and just look at their relative priorities in light of what else is going on around them, its clear trump just isn't very good at sorting out how to handle whats important at the time, and i think that's why people say he's stupid, not because they are unfairly leveling criticism at him that others would escape for no reason. it has to do with the context trump brings and finds himself in. I mean in light of what all is happening trump is either a genius tier visionary for proposing space force, or a total dunce. given how he was so easily played by NK the former seems unlikely. making fun of anyone is wrong on some trivial level, and doesn't make the victim somehow more right because technically no one should ever mock anyone. its too easy a criticism of the criticism to say "no one deserves to be mocked" as if that acts to defend the actual policy that incited the mockery. you could find a policy justification for any stupid idea on those grounds making it effectively worthless as a means of evaluation

It didn't bother me because I know people who truly reason like this... and hate on ILI in front of me even if they accept me as one, which is awkward but whatever.
you can talk about the weaknesses of a type or an individual without hating other individuals of that type.. in fact its the ability to do this that makes self development from socionics possible, since you have to do this with respect to yourself. i.e.: recognize your own weaknesses arising from type, and from individual, separate yourself from them as a different possible future individual, and attempt to be more like that person. if person = type = every other person of that type, then we're all robots acting out eachother's sins without hope of rising above ourselves. there's an implicit surrender to determinism and then people simply try to distance their associations with other people of the type or retype them something else without realizing the premise that maybe thats necessary because they connected is wrong, i.e.: they're not connected. if typology is implicitly a categorical scheme of deterministic groups we're all sorting eachother into, its just arising out of our implicitly prejudicial approach to other people.. its that we never really give anyone else, or ourselves, a chance. if thats the case nothing really matters anyway since we're all just acting out our preprogrammed routines and whether who hates who is more or less a meaningless claim because its all a foregone conclusion anyway
