The conspiracy theorist in me thinks its possible special interest people are paying other people to commit atrocious murders so that americans will beg the government to take away their right to bear (bare?) arms.

Yeah, I'm sure somebody killed kids in an open-fire school shooting for money. That makes a lot of sense.

If anything he could have been coerced into it, at the threat of the lives of his family. That's the only thing I could think of.
