    Default INFjs walk strange?

I bumped into my friend's aunt who I stayed with last summer. She said that she recognized me immediately because of how I walk. I was like, do I walk weird. She said, no, it's cute. But I'm thinking, OMG, I walk weird! Is it type or is it just me? OMG! I walk weird.

I have the indie walk without even trying, with my toes pointing inwards. Is that it?

my whole life people have commented on my walk. I don't get it... I'm just walking!

I tend to walk on my toes (probably because I'm short) and people say that my hands act like a little kids hands, whatever that means.

Yeah, I was thinking that INTj's might have this affliction as well. I believe it is an INXj trait for having Se has their polR, and maybe ENTps and ENFps have it, but not to the same extent. I've been commented that the way I move my body or use my hand gestures is strange.

Yeah. When I walk, I feel like my legs are too stiff and awkward. I looked at myself in the store mirrors but didn't really know what's different from everyone else's. I asked my friend and she was all huffy like, I don't study the way you walk. Useless. Yup, stiff legs.

Do INFjs tend to have stiff knees, or knee problems even though they haven't done any real damage to them?

One of my friends (I think he's an XSFp) has this stomp walk where you can here him coming from a mile-away. It's like he's kicking the shit out of the ground with each step. Kinda funny actually.

I on the other hand feel like when I walk each step is precisely layed in order to cause the least amount of disturbance. When walking on dirt or a similar surface I'll tend to follow any footsteps already there. On tile I'll follow some sort of pattern, usually a checkerboard (only step on black).

I think my awareness of where I step could be partly related a subtle fear I have of falling/ tripping or accidentally smacking into things. I'm pretty acrophobic, any sort of open heights (even standing on a stool) I get that sucked over the edge feeling and freeze up. I don't know if this has a name but I also get the same sort of experience in reverse from the bottom of a tall building. It's hypnotizing.

My sister seems to stomp when she walks. And she isn't very flexible when she walks.

One thing Ive noticed with the movements of INFJs is that they move like they are underwater. They dont have many swift, jerky movements (like an ENFP might). Everything seems somewhat deliberate, reflective. I observed this in one girl in school. I asked her to try some movements like flalling her arms around frantically ( which I demonstrated in my own hypercrazed ENFP way). She was reluctant but I begged her because I had to know if she could actually do it. Nope. Her arms were like downy feathers falling gently down. Ive have observed this over and over again with all the INFJs Ive known (around 7 I can identify) All of them have that gentle, slow, deliberate pattern of movement. Obviously 7 people is not enough to make a rule about it but it is my observation. Comments?

Im always afraid that I'll break something. I dont mean break myself. I mean that I could break something physical or another person. For example, when I drive alone, I have the stereo cranked up and am usually speeding but when I have company, I drive very carefully with the radio off. I dont want to be the person that has to apoligize because I F'd up when responsible for something other than my own being.

lol no. I made it for my ESFp friend. He is into zombies and other B-quality related culture crap. I gave him adobe and attempted (with huge failure) how to make layers. I layered in 3 different pictures to make a homeless zombie lol.

i don't know the INFj walk, really. the ISFp walk is easy to spot (they really do bounce.)

my shoulders are always hunched together (stiff-looking.) like i probably look jerky and uncomfortable all the time.

Cool! I took a photo of the indie stand for you, Diana. (First I walked. Then I stopped, eh.) This is a moderate version. My toes are often pointing even more inwards. Click for amazing details.

It turns out I keep the weight mainly on the outer sides, right behind my toes. And yes, my knees love it. But I choose to believe that I walk a lot smoother than the INTjs I know, kind of like what Topaz said about the underwater effect.

You walk just like my mom only a little faster. I think the way you hold your knees are the same.

    ISFp, anyone?
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...

Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
    Whilst our laughter echoed,
    Under cerulean skies...

Actually I think INFp or ISFp are more likely than ENFp, which is still possible of course.

Yeah people have said that I walked funny before. It might be weak .

I walk kinda soft and stiff for a guy, but I have good posture. A lot of men do what I call the 'king of the jungle' walk probably to overcompensate for their two inch penises. (kidding...well, sorta)

I got criticized for so much in my life that really, I'm like desensitized to it. It's not even my weakness anymore, really. I think this might be because it's just one of the easiest polr's to notice for a lot of people.

It's not so much that I hate , I just don't care about it. It seems awfully boring and superficial to me.

Hmm, good question. I'm fairly new to this but...

I just view as being energetic about hands-on physical stuff, WANTING to do them...but I shy away from almost everything physical and actiony. I sometimes don't mind watching them, but I heard that was not .

Admittely, I can't really think of a lot of things right off the bat simply because so many activites use multiple functions. But sports (participating in them sticks out the biggest for me as heavy ) , having to react to physical things quickly, has always been annoying to me, just because I'd rather sit and think, or sit and write/draw.

I'd need more examples myself. But I fit the description for INFj so well, it has to be my polr...

It's also been said to me before that I have bad outward motor skills, but very good inward motor skills. Whatever that means.
