Ridiculous and retarded. I think being with someone who has Fe dom and Ti inf would make me shoot myself. Trust me, I've tested it. I can't even have a real, deep and interesting conversation with them. (Not to say they can with me either.) Even thinking of just enneagram matches and instinctual variant matches may even cancel some of these "dual" relationships entirely. And that's just one tiny piece of the puzzle...... the best matches for a 6w5cp are definitely not 2 or 1, which are the most common matches for an ENFj. Good luck finding an ENFj 8, and good luck pairing a 6w5cp sx/sp with a 1 or a 2. Keeping the T/F together and changing two or three letters of the type, E/I, S/N, P/J, seems to work better, and it allows for correct enneagram matches. That's the system I seem to prefer. (My S.O. actually dumped his dual for me, btw lol).

Hmmm, Idk, because I've never studied Kiersey. I just measure from experiences, of what I've seen and what works for me. Being a six, I can become very anxious under certain conditions. While it appears I am more extroverted online, I'm pretty introverted irl. And certain types in general make me very nervous if I'm alone with them for long periods, or if a bad situation occurs and they don't handle it a certain way. (My S.O.s ISFp mother gave me a panic attack recently lol.... and my ESFj sister, I can't even go out with alone; she also gave me a panic attack at her wedding). I think being ISTj and 6w5 has led me to this place where if people can't handle themselves with cool in certain situations, it makes me lose trust in them, and it makes me fear the worst. I trust myself to handle it, but not them, and when they become involved, everything seems to spin out of control and it's horrible. I've learned to just take charge, and I have to yell at them and tell them to stfu and let me deal with it and handle it my way. I also lack patience lol....... Just one example of why dual relationships may not be the best, happiest ones for a certain individual (obviously). My S.O. also complained that his dual and he, while they got along well, had nothing to talk about. They didn't connect when it came to conversation or discussion (same complaint I have, and my brother has also). My brother is in a relationship with his dual, and they rarely even see each other. He doesn't even know where she works half the time lol. There have been multiple occurrences of cheating, screaming and yelling we've witnessed, acting out, physical violence, throwing each other's clothes out on the lawn, police visits, etc. And no, they aren't poverty-stricken or ridiculously ignorant. She is going now for her Phd and he is a manager. My brother constantly slags on her, calls her fat, and complains about her. So this is his one true love!I love contrarians.
I don't think any one standard can work for everyone. There are too many contributing factors leading to compatibilities.

The idea of a soul mate is a myth. Maybe it stems from self-infatuation. Who knows.
If you make an exact copy of a person, does it behave identically? If so, free will and most interpretations of the soul are entirely bound to physical reality. This is something most romanticist don't want to digest.
However, the experience of finding someone to make you feel complete is always real. It's an experience hence it cannot be unreal.
People shouldn't cling onto the ideal real world behind our perceptions since it's unachievable. We should give more value to what feels real to us right now.
