Why is this your goal? In order to reach any goal, desire wins. You mention your boyfriend wants you to gain weight, is this a goal he set for you, or a goal you actually want for yourself?

I could get into the X's and O's, recommend eating a lot before bedtime, as bodybuilders do to put in muscle weight, but before all that, I'd like to hear the WHY behind the goal, as I believe that's much more important.
