Default How to make a pseudo-science in 4 easy steps

    In regards to the MBTI:

Step 1: Understand the Forer Effect.

Step 2: Use a dogmatic style of writing in your personality profiles.

Step 3: Label your collection of profiles with an overall name that people will come to trust as a tool with practical uses for a certified practitioner.

Step 4: Sign a non-disclosure agreement regarding the above steps.

    -end

In regards to the Socionics theroem:

Doesn't and cannot apply since Socionics doesn't claim any official status as a Science and doesn't need to in my opinion.

    Why?

Because as a community driven area of study it promotes a more 'healthy' debate in the realm of functional relationships between individuals.

On the other hand the MBTI promotes a less than 'healthy' debate between individuals as types with their supposed 'pros and cons'.
