Is this guy SLI or LSI? He could be something totally different. But anyway, this is my image of Delta...

He is presenting a set of instructions (Te) that is materially real and centered on the body (Si), with elements of valued Ne and Fi.
Delta? ST yes, perhaps LSE if not SLI.

But Saber, your rationale is totally flawed. Sets of instructions are not Te, and focusing on the body is not Si. This is really superficial type-logic.

I watched the whole video expecting him to say something intelligent and compelling because he obviously has a lot of knowledge in this area. However I was sorely disappointed.
But, for a certainty, back then,

I agree with LSE-Si, but really, it's a soft call. LSEs and SLIs can be pretty similar sometimes.

LSE will say hello to you when you walk into the room and won't look at you as though you're intruding on their place; they will tell you about things that you notice, the stories behind them, they are much more hospitable to new people than the quiet, reserved SLI. If you're a friend of both, then that would be hard to tell because an SLI is very warm to their close relations and look like they are catering to, pleasing their close relation.
