I have got Gamma each time I have done the test. And that was a little surprising, because I thought that some of my answers would be indicative of another quadra. Maybe the test is really good, even though some questions are difficult to interpret.

How close am I to become a member of another quadra?

@Joy What we were is not necessarily what we like. WE have to comply with stereotyping and what is accepted and not. Gwen Steffani has no need to do that - she is not ISFJ for sure. She could be ISFP? Isfj can be secretive about things like that because they do not like to stand out of the crowd with the way they look.

Can people to summarise who has got the right results and who has got different results to the type the thought they are, please?

I think the test looks a bit too intellectual if you suggest it to do for somebody who has got no idea about the types and socionic but it works in some magic way although not 100%. Could anybody suggest the testto family members, for example?

It may well be that the difference from the original type to the one you get from the test does relfect subtype difference but does not reflect things like extraversion introversion or rationality and irratinality - which is fair enough - it is a test about quadras. I still can not grasp what ideas or descriptions of qaudras are the foundation for this test. Is that the one which is suggested by Rick in his article about quadras?

rmcnew, this was a very good initiative on your part! However, i won't b saying anything new by stating that a test won't ever be accurate...

Some probs are: a. we have some idea of the types and functions we think we are/use and might choose accordingly.
You can't do much about that

    b. some questions are ambiguous and particular phrases are subject to interpretation. Ex. A.)I naturally tend to find similarities between two or more concepts that look asthetically diffrent.
B.)I naturally tend to find deeper underlining principles behind well-known individual concepts

The bold phrases can be confusing. I know you explained that by aesthetically different you meant visually different - but it still is open to interpretation. Could you include an example in brackets though? That might help. This is just a suggestion...you could give a basic example for phrases like that.

    I got Alfa, Sf type
That looks more like Gamma SF ... I need to have closer look at the way I have programmed the test to calculate questions.

The problem is that people change and develop their functions. They change their attitude to life, they master the weaker fucntions and etc.
But at the end of the day we are not looking for perfections but something decent with a high degree of accuracy. That is why when Rmcnew will finish with his test we have to find out what degree of accuracy we can expect from his test. May be I am not a traditional ISFJ and that is why I do not come out as Gamma. Alfa is reflected in type because I am nterested in theory - this is true to a certain degree.

May be when the person knows his type he can find out his subtype by taking this test. I guess sensorical ISFJ can have a toss up between Gamma and Beta. Light hearted ISFJ without interest in theory may be similar to ISFP and etc.

Rmcnew, promise, when you finish your test to expalin how you did it?
Are you sure of your type now?

I got Gamma NT like the first one.

I like the idea of the pictures, seems interesting and could be practical if developed further.

    So I'm Exxp?
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...

Well, the part that says "Further information clarifies that you could be one of the above NT types.," etc. is calculated using only about 6 of the 20 some odd questions, and it changes depending upon which Quadra it gives you ... it worked well in concept before I added the picture part. I do not have the time to explain, but I may change how that is coded since I added the pictures.

it means the functions that tested the strongest as Se, Ne, Ti, and Fi... which is very odd given that you're a NiFe, or (and I don't think you are) a SiFe.

The test only calculates data from the first four pictures now ... I took the other test with 18 questions out because apparently some major tweeking is needed for the test to be more coherent with that format otherwise
