Default Identify your quadra through ideal sex

Which group describes your ideal sexual interaction:

    Alpha
    -Tender touches and caresses
    -Love each other by skin
    -Dissolving in each other’s embraces
-Love being tenderly stroked along skin
    -Emotional and passionate
    -Creativity and flexibility

    Beta
-Intense effect on the partner’s skin
    -Strong embraces
    -Squeezing each other
    -Colorful dramatic feelings

    Gamma
    -Very dynamic
    -Acrobatic behavior
-Frequent change of the partners’ positions
    -High intensity of feelings
-Very high quantity of intercourses within short periods (3-4 days) with subsequent long period of relaxation, restoring forces.

    Delta
-Play behaviors, laughing, tenderly pinching the partner
    -Energy
    -Creativity
    -Wriggling

haha! I can't be beta because I don't like to be squeezed.
Gamma is actually the closest to truth, I think.

Gamma is the closest, but I don't think that article was very good in that regard.

    Beta>Alpha
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...

Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
    Whilst our laughter echoed,
    Under cerulean skies...

Is the low popularity of Gamma due to the "long periods of relaxation" thing?

For me, the word "acrobatic" in the description conjured up images of cartwheels and handstands (even though I know that's not what it meant) and it just seemed funny. That's why I put it last.

Delta...creative and little touchy feely stuff.
    -
    Dual type (as per tcaudilllg)
    Enneagram 5 (wings either 4 or 6)?

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

Yeah..... it all depends on mood and partner for me.

But alpha definately is a need, as in, I like beta sex a lot (in this sense) but not ALWAYS. Stroking, teasing, massaging etc all is a very effective way for me to either communicate I love you, or to communicate "you love me" (when i'm on the recieving end).

Beta: yeah....my partners usually want this from me... maybe I just always get the betas.... "stop stroking, you're making me crazy, come-one fuck me" is something some partners have remarked (paraphrased)... this could be flattering (or alternatively mean "i'm bored, let's get this over with") but indicates a general higher preference for foreplay and cuddling than my parnters....

((meh, I just want to cuddle))

Same for gamma, acrobatics can be hot, but...well, my sexlife is more about communication than about getting myself tied up into a knot. Also, why would you go for "relaxing periods of no sex"???? I mean... if sex is so exhausting that you need that you might be doing something wrong, or very very right.

Delta... (delta is boring as usual, i don't remember what was listed behind delta...do delta's have sex?)
Edit: Delta is fun. Haven't had this often enough.

New preference would be Alpha -> Delta -> Beta -> Gamma (sorry gamma, the "no sex no no i'm having my chastety month" kinda destroyed all appeal for a gamma partner.

My actual sexlife is Gamma + Beta though. Long periods of no sex due to not getting out there and than hooking up with random beta girls. My life sucks! ;-)

p.s. actually, aren't Delta's supposed to be the most liberal and boundery seeking sex-wise? Swinging, Bdsm etc?

    I like the above combo.

I'm fine with Beta (which is indeed as intense as they make it) and Gamma (which seems fair enough except for the frequency part ...dunno how they measured that and what factors they think it could depend on, sounds voodoo). What they describe as Delta playfulness and giggling is rather annoying ...but the NFs I know seemed rather "abysmal" and passionate, strangely enough. Alpha seems too soft.

This isn't really accurate for me. The "soft touches and tender caresses" thing actually drives me up a wall. I much prefer the stronger touches that apparently are more characterized by Beta, according to this description. But without the "dramatic" feelings.

The Gamma description fits me best.

I've slept with Betas and Deltas, and those descriptions seem to fit them best, too. Although my sample size is very limited.

My sexual preferences sound most like Beta.

I don't think that this is a reliable way to type people, though, however interesting it may be.
