Maybe not quite fitting your title, but these are interesting. I find the "during" pictures the most interesting - they contrast quite a bit in some cases with the before and after. It's like the effects wear off on some people. In others you can see a continued change. There does seem to be an increased soberness in everyone. Anyway:

There definitely are. They just tend not to make headlines because caring for and giving life/hope back to the poor, oppressed, and neglected (like the homeless and foster kids) usually doesn't generate as much revenue as stories about people blowing each other up or politicians getting caught in lies.
