Is an Emerald Hunter like a defender of nature? I think I recall Final Fantasy Tactics having a Geomancer, but it was a class of transition.

i think i should have water magic, sneakiness, or enchanting as my third thing. actually, healing doesn't really fit me. I'm too self-focused to care to heal people.

I think I should be a monk of some sort -- Moves [Focus (Builds Chi), Chi Strike (Powerful single target attack requires chi), Dodge (ignores single target attack requires chi), Mending (heals single target requires chi), Great Leap (leaves scene of battle, depletes chi)] -- just my initial thoughts

BG: I gave you the ability to enchant people's weapons and stuff. I might change healing to something else.

HaveLucidDreamz: Added you as a monk. Still thinking about what 3 powers you'll get.

If you want to include me, this might be fitting: (I got a good list of classes from here)

One may also argue that The Alchemist (Sometimes known as a Chemist) may count as the above. As opposed to machines and inventions, they use knowledge of poisons, herbs, chemicals, and other such things to fight. Alchemists and Chemists are traditionally crafters, but may often fight too, sometimes using primitive forms of bombs which are, theoretically, possible to create with medieval technology. (Compare throwing a flask of liquid that ignites to modern-day incendiaries.) In addition to lobbing chemicals and bombs, chemists may also craft healing potions, heal everyone with medicines, buff party members with energy drinks, or use them much more effectively. Not as common, as item crafting is often made a secondary skill that can be learned by everyone in some games, partly inspired by Dungeons & Dragons.
If this Engineer/Tinker type doesn't fit well, Alchemist would be an option, too.
