Seems like big 5 includes external factors factoring into a personality. So in essense they are certainly not the same. Socionics type lies somewhere where you should deal with consciousness, hence with current tools you should only try getting a handle of the art of a typing process.
I also see Big 5 hiding values hence it seems really hide authoritarian crap in under a veneer of scientific metric in some sense as it rewards personal succes in a society.
HEXACO seems to be more objective and a step towards a scientific direction.
