I think more important than makeup vs no makeup is whether the person has developed an aesthetic. I really appreciate a woman who puts effort into her appearance, likes clothes, shoes etc. There is no shame in looking good(who doesnt love a good atmosphere and attractive community) and woman who develops a full aesthetic will do her makeup just fine no matter the amount or type.
