Walter.... I don't know, he is supposed to be an IxTp, but the way he show emotion, (maybe because the actor is Fe user?) doesn't look like Fe polr.
Jesse: SEE. Ti polr for sure. Best character in the series.
Gus: maybe SLI or LIE. Not ILI, they can become leader/boss in difficult time, when problems are throwing right into their face, yes, but in normal time, Se inf and Fe polr make them one of the most lazy, lone-wolf person in the world.
Skylar: ESE (annoying)
Hank: typical SLE
Mike: LSI or SLI. I choose LSI.
Saul: ILE with strong Ne Fe and weak Ti Si

Hank isn't LSE. He's pretty damn Ti/Fe. He was always breaking rules to get where he needed and wasn't afraid to go against everyone trusting his own gut instinct and principles and in turn being right in the end for doing such. This occurred a few times and whenever he ended up being right in the end, everyone came and praised him for it and he seemed happy about that and willing to forgive that no one was siding with him (Fe ha and Fi polr) He didn't even care that no one sided with him. He was going to keep pushing his agenda because he knew it was right and that everyone would come around when they saw it. SLE
He may look EJ because he's a DEA agent after all.

Walter is not LSI, this clip make perfectly sense the difference between aggressor and victim type. Mike, the real LSI and Walter probably ILI.

Yeah Mike is LSI>SLI. This clip illustrates an LSI doing what they do best:
I think Walter is a "vicitm" type but Se mobilizing fits him better. LIE
Jesse is SEE.
Gus is an LSI most likely.
ASAC Schrader SLE probably. He has the Fi PoLR way of teasing and not realizing how much of an asshole he comes across as.

Cooking meth is definitely a sensory thing to do, especially if the goal is to achieve as much power and money as Walter did. Walter clearly understood power dynamics. If he didn't, he probably wouldn't have teamed up with Jesse and having to come out on top. Walt was the one who asked Jesse first to partner with him after all. An ILI would likely be more hesitant compared to Walt in this situation.

Walter wasn't ever concerned about the consequences of his own actions until it was too late.
People seem to confuse Walt's chemistry knowledge with intuition, when it's actually Ti. I did this too in all fairness, but the motives for doing something science-related is important to consider here. He's not one to come up with new ideas and methods, but rather using his logical knowledge and basic rulesets of chemistry to make all his meth.
Walt is also supposed to be a family's man, which I associate more with LSI than ILI. If an LSI's closed one is in danger, they will do anything in their power to protect them. Go back to the very first episode where Walt protected his son from the bully by slamming him in the ground and kicking him. His family was also threatened by Gus, and he decided it was time to take initiation for how much of a threat Gus was. This is a Beta approach to situations, since they put more importance into societal groups like families. Betas are collectivists, Gammas are individualists.
He clearly knew how to use force since the first episode. Proof being the fact that he was able to kill drugdealers like Emilio and Krazy-8 as a means of self-defense. ILI's are Se dual-seeking, they need the help of their dual to do all the protection for them. Walt didn't need Jesse to do these things for him, he did them on his own. Then again, the video above is also a sign of an aggressor type, no sort of hesitation of using force. Victims are more prone to being helpless under these circumstances.
I'm assuming people type him Gamma because he was selfishly making a lot of money. When you think of it though, he didn't see money as a source of freedom but as a source of power. Gammas are more into individual and monetary freedom, Betas are more into achieving power and success, Walter was the latter. He felt he was an overachieving teacher so to clear that perception from everyone, he decided to go all the way through with his drug empire to become truly successful. This is a Beta Aristocratic mindset.
I don't see irrationality in him either, considering how he clearly criticized Jesse for being a "junkie", which is what Gus criticized Jesse for also. Then again, as someone said here, Walt and Gus are pretty much the same and I agree with this. Both controlling, pedantic, demanding, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, both capable of power and violence. Walt related to Gus, but because of his affiliation with Jesse, Gus took that for granted and told Walt that he was not cautious like him.
And yes, Mike is indeed LSI and I do believe he's the same type as Gus and Walter while sharing the aformentioned traits with them. The main reason why Mike didn't get along with Walter though is because of Walter's ego. At that point, Walter was already becoming self-delusional and arrogant, so nobody had an ounce of respect for him anymore.
Walter didn't develop his Se, he always had it in him, just never really tried to show it before the show started.

Walter never developed his “Se” till the age of 50, when he realize he has cancer and has nothing to lose. Even with average ILI, activated their seeking function at that age is a little bit late, and Walter only do that because he’s about to die. So his Se blow up in the most destructive way due to 50 years of pressure. Before the cancer event, Walt has never know how to use Se, in his family his wife was the boss, and everyone saw him as a weak and “nice” guy, and Hank even mock him for that.

And for White, he did all of that because… he want to seek Se. He choose Jessie because he has the function he need (Se/Fe). As he said himself he lives his entire life with fear, fear of thing that may happen, may not happen- it’s negative Ni, He doesn’t dare to do anything dangerous because of weak Se. And only when he knows he’s about to die, he finally has the guts to do the things he’s always want to do.
Yeah that’s Se seeking, as he confessed with his wife “I like it, I was … Alive” - The dude feel excited doing all the dangerous shit and somehow managed to survive, and that the only thing matter to him, not money or the meth empire. It’s about feeling powerful, doing the impossible, not about create a hierarchy system with clear structure (like what LSIs love). It’s pure Se, not Ti.
Walter was also some kind of scientist working with some projects worth millions until he quit the company due to personal problems and regrets it his entire life. Being a teacher or meth cooker only because he doesn’t has any other options.
Mike hate White because he’s unstable and he is an system destroyer (along with his Dual Jessie). LSI love system and want to fit in a stable system, he can’t do that with White. White doesn’t care about system and just blow everything off if he need to (so he can feel alive and powerful lol)
