You get "good" at it by recognizing patterns between people you actually know and their types. I guess it just takes a lot, lot of experience until you really get good at it. That being said, their are some people's type whom I can already tell by picture (because of a lot of similarities to someone I know) and then there are others who I have no idea about.

I can tell what people are NOT better than what they ARE. You can usually tell a thinking from a feeling and an intuitive from a sensing.

Hey im a male ISFP and was just browsing the internet to see if there were any and well after looking at this i saw that there are quite a few that i really didn't recognize. I'm pretty quiet and tend to be a hell of a lot more out going when people accept my presence which happens very seldomly.
