I think that Jane Fonda looked more ESI when she was in her twenties, but she looks Alpha now. Plus, I've never heard an ESI talk like Fonda did in that linked video. But I have heard older IEIs talk like that.

At first I was thinking about IEI, but no, this guy is pure Gamma value, and the way he design action scenes so good seem more a strong S type. And one of the critism he usually get from his movies is the lack of Fe humors... Another problem is when he's very good at making one single scene so good, the pacing of the whole movie seem off, my ESI mom have axact this same problem, may due to not so strong Ni.

Maybe a general observation that most will disagree with: people that dye their hair in very bright and expressive colours like blue, green etc. are Fe valuing, because it's about expressive emotions. You can often observe this with SJW's, who are mostly beta NF in my opinion.
