Sadhguru seem like ILI. Maybe a more funny one... I watch his eyes closely and the dude seem to have hidden SEE playfulness eyes if I'm not mistaken. Open for other types like IEI though,

I think he's a completely dualized ILI (dualized more with nature than people), so he possesses SEE energy as well. It's interesting you chose a video with him talking with Matthew McConaughey (EIE, ILI's supervisor). Even though he's an enlightened guru you can still feel the supervision subconscious dynamics playing out in a funny way

ESI. Slam Dunk is more generalized gamma sentiment manga (mixed with beta emotions). Rukawa being ESI and Sakuragi being SEE. Vagabond is more ESI focused.

I'd say he's a very, very weird LII, but whichever type he is, we can both agree that we don't want him in our Quadra.
Honestly, I could only watch the first few seconds of the first video, and then my revulsion level went off the scale. Not even going to try the second video.
