Default EIIs/INFjs: What is your enneagram type?

I know the most common enneagram types for each MBTI type now. But what about socionics? What do you think the most common enneagram types are for EIIs? Vote if you know your type!

If you don't know, here's a test: http://www.eclecticenergies.com/enneagram/test.php Take both, preferably. After getting tested, read descriptions here: http://www.enneagraminstitute.com/

i'd speculate that 1, 4, 6, and 9 would be more common than the others.

as for my trifix: i can't declare one with any certainty but i think 9-4-6 sits pretty nicely.

as for my wing: i think its 1, but i've just started reconsidering because god forbid i don't have anything to be uncertain about.

Hehe, you should have been in the IRC last night, laghlagh. Apparently, everything I wrote there pointed towards my evidence of being an Enneagram 6. Perhaps Golden could better elaborate. Anyways, I'll try answering your question the best I can.

Well, 9 for a main type is out straight off. From what I understand, 9s are... 9-like in all areas of their lives. But, though I can be 9-like in many areas, a significant number of areas in my life I am not 9-like at all.

Now, why I'm not a 1 is a bit trickier to say. I do hold high standards for myself. I am a bit of the perfectionist. But, I am not as steady and sure of my own thoughts and opinions as Enneagram 1s would be.

That's the main crux of why I am an Enneagram 6. I have little confidence in how I've come to my own ideas and understandings. For example, I'm typing this out without checking up on my "trusted sources." This feels like a risk to me. I need reassurance that what I'm doing, and my understanding of things is not badly flawed. That's my main point of anxiety.

This can, perhaps, come across as rather skittish and uncertain. A constant badgering of questions, perhaps, to those designated as trusted sources. A person constantly checking himself to make sure his next action will be the right one.

Are those your top three types or is that your tritype (or both)?

My tritype is 6-2-1. But my top three types are 6 > 1 > 9.

5-1-3 is an actual tritype for 5w6s, so it works out.

Tritype explains your tendency in each center. One type from the heart, head, and gut centers. The direction of your wing indicates which center is second.

So, you being 5w6, 5 is the first number. Since your wing is w6, you go clockwise to the gut center. You said you relate to 1s more than 8s or 9s, so 1 is your second type. Then, the heart center, which you said you relate to 3s. Thus, 5-1-3.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

My enneagram type is 9w1, and I have a strong 5w4 second fix. I've debated being an E5 core in the past, and stuck with it for a little while. I identify with being an outside observer of the world and hoarding knowledge. Also, I identify with needing to be something of an expert in my fields of interest. But I am also a people pleaser, have a lot of social anxiety, and don't want to rock the boat. I have a lot of unhealthy qualities of both of the types.
    9w1-5w4-2w3 sp/so

    Phlegmatic-Melancholic

These rabbits were in fact on a raft, as were assorted rats and owls. There may have even been a reindeer.
On a raft. And a boy was sitting on the raft.
The picture worried me, I must say. There was an otter swimming in front of the raft, and I used to lie awake worrying about this otter, having to pull the raft, with all these other wretched animals on it who shouldn't even be on a raft, and the otter had such a thin tail to pull it with I thought. It worried me.
Then one day-- and remember I had been looking at this picture every night for years-- I suddenly noticed the raft had a sail. Never seen it before. The otter was fine, just swimming along.

2w3 here. Took me a while to figure out, or rather to admit to myself, that my stronger wing is not that of a One. I've been confusing my Fi for it for quite some time as well.

A big problem that types what people have and what they think as have - is very different and especially when those do not check by IR effects the correct own types with many people near IRL.

P.S. I still await to notice with assurance at least 1(!) EII woman on forums. Without videos it's doubtful to happen, while those who placed videos had other types than EII.
    Types examples: video bloggers, actors

Assuming I'm EII, I couldn't tell you with a reasonable confidence whether my core enneagram type is 5, 6, 9, 1 or 4. I have posted on the subject and there isn't much more I can say other than I don't see it as useful for me given my uncertainty. (I'm one of the people who voted for '9' in the poll some years ago, although it's unlikely I would vote for that now).

edit: Okay, my last position was: "5w4 or 1w9 Sp/So (in that order, if you wish to limit to one)" - I don't think I've change my outlook significantly since I wrote that in 2018.
