Some things I had while visiting a friend in Denver.
That’s the Lola with a fried egg built on biscuit French toast!

Smth I just made. Nigerian Honey (Oyolin) Beans, a lot of chili powder, a heaping waterfall of cholula hot sauce, and 3 tbsp olive oil.
Nutritional value: Decent
Calories: Enough if you also have something else
No more pics but last day or so I had pizza - marinara sauce, pepperocini (they also erroneously added pepperoni lol), extra cheese, Italian sausage, mushrooms, fresh garlic with Buffalo dipping sauce. It was good.
Well if I'm ever in Denver I know where I'm eating.
The Barnum or Forer effect is the tendency for people to judge that general, universally valid statements about personality are actually specific descriptions of their own personalities. A "universally valid" statement is one that is true of everyone—or, more likely, nearly everyone. It is not known why people tend to make such misjudgments, but the effect has been experimentally reproduced.
The psychologist Paul Meehl named this fallacy "the P.T. Barnum effect" because Barnum built his circus and dime museum on the principle of having something for everyone. It is also called "the Forer effect" after its discoverer, the psychologist Bertram R. Forer, who modestly dubbed it "the fallacy of personal validation".
I'm eating air
An idiom in Syrian dialect , means that a person did something and found out later that its results are useless, it might also mean that the person is disappointed with smth happened
SEE SEE a LIE LIE
Been sick for a hot minute so I made myself a huge pot of kao piek sen (Lao chicken noodle soup). Handmade the noodles and everything.
Topped it with some fresh cilantro, green onion, fried shallots, fried garlic, and loooots of crispy chili oil.
