The reason why your pancakes burn is because the batter is too thick, so you need to add more fluid and you need to cook it on a non stick pan; flip the pancakes over as soon as you see bubbles on top bursting and you probably have your heat up way too high. Here, let me do this the Te way: In this order.

1. make sure your batter is not too thick but not too thin and pourable; as you have it now, it seems as though it's too thick.
2. cook on a nonstick pan.
3. make sure your pan is not too high and if you do use a nonstick, don't over grease the pan; if you are using a stainless or a cast iron, make sure they are heated and before pouring your solution, spray on an nonstick oil like PAM.
4. flip them over as soon as the bubbles start to burst.
