That's a pretty broad range of possibility, if you think you're C/I but could be D/S / S/D. Have you considered another DiSC test?

DISC is used as a career test, in order to DISCriminate people.

I could see how you say the first part. However, I think it's a good idea. You don't want to put people in the areas of their weaknesses.

I don't want to be considered unfit for social life or for leading because a f***ing test say so !

OK, I'll stop on the F-word for now

Bless you. Honestly, though, three of the four can lead. I don't know whether Cs like to lead, but they do follow. Is and Ds are more likely to volunteer for leadership. Ss are good at leading because they're well-liked and stable; they just have to be pushed into it and learn to deal with the conflict that ensues while there (which they try to avoid).

    I took this one:
    https://www.crystalknows.com/disc-personality-test#assessment

    I got Cs - The Editor https://imgur.com/KCbzJcp

I based it off my history/style at work, not sure if that's what I was supposed to do really. I know I took another version at work some months ago and go C followed by D. I think with the latter I thought I was supposed to do work or personal and then realized I should be doing one or the other instead and switched.

You have a blend of Dominant and Cautious traits. From the results we have so far, we cannot tell which of these traits is the strongest for you. You may have a very balanced blend of both traits.

Some words that describe you are:

    • Directive,
    • Analytical,
    • Results-oriented, and
    • Logical
