I'd read an article on the filming of Godfather, and Brando's comments also seemed to point towards Beta NF. I wasn't sure between ENFj and INFp, but settled on INFp because he seems to have a Te PoLR.

I do think INFp is a common type among movie directors and probably in Hollywood generally.

Huh...you know, I never thought of Hanks as an IEI, but you could very well be right. The only other type I would see for him would be EII.
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...

Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
    Whilst our laughter echoed,
    Under cerulean skies...

On the other hand, a lot of the possible INFps listed here appear rather rational to me. I would have mistakened them as an EJ type.

Moranis has actually been on Rick's IEI page for a while, along with his Russian version, Garrison Keillor.

Expat, I highly doubt Mugabe is INFp... he's more likely an undualized ESTp... he just seems too undiplomatic, makes enemies with strong powers (i.e. western powers), has an agenda and is able to stick to it etc.

machinetruc, Shirley Manson I've always thought of as an INFj. Weird, I know, but keep in mind that INFj-Ne types are correlated with Enneagram 4w5

I find it's difficult to identify famous INFps because we don't really like the thought of being famous and so actively avoid it. Subterranean mentioned Ian Curtis, singer of Joy Division, there's a movie, "Control", kind of a biography of what fame did to him... not really pretty

That's interesting, I can see how it would manifest itself in me.

What do you guys think about Tom Petty?

Look up his music video from Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers song called "Refugee"

I have not read too much about him, but some of what I have read along with his music videos and songs are very Ni.

What's with IEIs and baby faces? Err, maybe there is no correlation and it's just the influx of models that have been posted recently. It's a little weird to see how guys think so and so is "hot" & "sexy" when they look like they're very young, except for their bodies. I have read once somewhere that baby faces are extremely attractive.

I had a conversation about this the other day.

The other guy was saying because they don't look wrinkly, in poor health etc, or something to that effect.

I .. I .. just want to treat someone better if they have a younger looking face - like the same way you'd be more careful with a baby than a 13 year old.

But, then, I remember when being younger always pointing out "younger" girls around me - it used to really wind up this friend of mine. Like she was too young, too young!

To me - there's a thing where I seem to often see young girls as attractive, even if not in a sexual way. Like I like young girls in general. And I've never really wanted to only associate with people of my own age.

Although words can screw me up. I HATE IT WHEN A GIRL ASKS "WHAT SCHOOL DID YOU GO TO?" Mind you, I hated that when I went to school too. But then I hate do you know type questions too.

False. They're far from 'dumpy' -- that's probably the worst word to describe male IEIs. They can be pixie-like as well, have this underlying air of vulnerability coupled with a (sometimes) tough guy exterior (the 5th showing through). It's quite cute, because there are three types of male IEIs that I see - the flaming IEIs, whom I guess I would deem the "emo" ones with obvious, obvious flights of poetic speech and dreaminess... B) the "distant" ones that just seem very mysterious and quiet upon first impression... quite normal in appearance as well, but always with that undercurrent of intensity within (this is where my IEI belongs to) and C)the 'bad-ass' INFp that likes to stir shit up and act SLE (strrrng)
