Wait I'm confused, which jung type is my dual? I'm an INFP/INFp

I know the INFp and ESTp are socionics duals. BUT, what if you only know someone's meyers briggs/jung type? In these scenarios, I've read conflicting info.

I've taken the meyers briggs test and always get INFP.
I've taken a socionics test and got INFp.

Can I tell who my dual is if I only know their meyers briggs type, and don't know their socionics type? Would it be a meyers briggs ESTP or meyers briggs ESTJ...?

But what are the strengths of your dichotomies? For example, if you're only 60% F, or something, then you could be INTp in socionics (like ethics subtype). Or if you're also 62% J, you could possibly be any INxx. The more certain and consistent your dichotomies, the more probable your type is INFp. So which ones do you know for sure?

Tests are unreliable, and Meyers-Briggs tests are especially unreliable. The only way to really be sure is to learn the theory well, and diagnose the "symptoms" yourself.
