The only case I'm not is if I'm not interested in someone; I'll be clear and will directly say it...but if that doesn't work, I just leave the person hanging until they get they figure it for themselves.

I dont agree with one thing though. I never say to people "Ill call you" then never call back, I always respond to someone socially and emotionally unless I deliberatly ignore them, in which case Ill warn them straight away that I dont want a relationship with them, or just ignore them without saying anything hoping Ive already made my point a million times by explaining why our relationship isnt working. But I know what you meant, EIEs aerent consistent. It was a bad example.
