I can feel like this, too.Usually when i give in to anxiety.Like,I realize once again that there is this nonsensical,never-ending, cold,inhuman,human-induced, dynamic hustle and bustle people are all about but you can find warmness and happiness in small things in life.Such as a sensation or the observation of an object that can look "happy" and aloof despite everything that is going on around it.So,mentally merging with them (their staticness maybe) can help to muddle through.
