    FUCK NO!!!

    I HATE pressure!

Muh ESTp works best under pressure though. Hence he does extremely well as a 911 operator. Except when he gets crazy people calls, he has to hold back ridiculing jokes that can get him in teh trouble.

UNDER PRESSURE PUSHING DOWN ON ME!

    Sometimes, I dislike pressure.

    Sometimes I do.

I like pressure when I put it on myself like I choose to be under pressure. I hate pressure when other people put me under pressure, it's as if I'm doing it, challenging myself, for them and not me, which I hate.

I'm posting this for me and not for you,

: I would not say "at home" so much, but energized, getting a rush, etc. For me, there can be this good feeling of actually going somewhere, getting something done.

Especially when I “feel” reality. Sometimes I like to have a big problem where it would take a lot of resources to overcome. It’s like the feeling of exercise. The best damn part of it is the result. Overcoming something and getting a result feels really really good!

I'm posting this because I have seen something similar in people that I would call "Beta," but there is no guarantee that I'm Beta.

    --Theodore Roosevelt

Once I'm in a pressure situation, I get a sense of motivation and a surge of energy.

Example: I work two jobs and attend school full time. Knowing very well that I have to complete a project for work and write three papers due around the same time, I'll think to myself, "I oughta pace myself so I don't get overwhelmed". That never happens and then I have to pull them all off at once. In addition, I have to pick up extra shifts at work because I spent all of my rent money on whim. I get a huge rush out of it.

Now, the type of pressure Zem is talking about, No way do I seek that out or am good at dealing with it! At my waitressing job, some fella had a seizure at my table. I'm standing there gawking while my coworkers are swarming around me trying to help the guy.

    ???

I was thinking of the kind of pressure of jobs and deadlines and stuff. And also the type you described in the last paragraph. I wouldn't freeze up if something crazy like that. I'd have to take a second to collect myself. I've never really been in a situation like that so I guess I can't say for sure.

My ENFP sis finally wakes up in situations like that, lke just before you ACTUALLY could die, and she cool as cucumber while everyone else is about to die themselves.
Well I am back. How's everyone? Don't have as much time now, but glad to see some of the old gang are still here.

Often times yes, but it really depends on what kind of pressure it is.
I hate emotional pressure, and avoid it.
My ESTP cousin pics fights for fun at 1 am, makes her relax before sleeping

Not beta, but I'll reply nevertheless: I <3 pressure, especially physical/natural/time-related.

I hate emotional pressure, guilt-tripping, etc. This kind of pressure has as result making me stare at walls without doing anything.

I am like that. Even when I am the one in trouble (need the ambulance etc.), I am still the one trying to keep everyone else calm.

It's also when I start "managing" everyone else - I go to calm the hysterical people and make them do something useful that removes them from the situation. Find bandages, call doctor, whatever needs to be done.
