I can see Charlie Sheen as ISTj. When we were teenagers (maybe 20s?) we used to tease my ISTj brother and say he talked like and had the exact same mannerisms of Charlie Sheen. Which he does. I may not claim to know what Charlie Sheen's actual type is, but I highly doubt he has a PoLR of Ne.
None of them were random, they represent the development of my thinking on the subject. You don't have to accept them.

I misread it too. My brother is an ISFj, not ISTj. And I don't think Charlie Sheen is ISFj, with his extensive history of prostitutes and cheating on his wife. They just talk and act a bit alike.

I don't know anything about Charlie Sheen (if that is his name), but based on V. I. only, ISTj is not unlikely. Maybe ESTj is also possible. ISTj is a good guess, though.

Because everybody would already have a healthy respect for your opinion about people's if you proved experienced in the past... give it time and if you are right about certain things then you are right, and people will start to recognize that.
