high E and high openness -> fits Se better than Ne
low agreeable -> T type
low conscientious -> not high in Te, Fe or Ti, Fi. Matches better with irrational Se as high extrovert.

Se + T, so SeTi. not neurotic, so his character won't take himself as seriously I'd think. And I think that's Bart from what I've seen. So high extrovert, but not neurotic. scratch the one-sidedness as neurotic. Let's just say neuroticism is when people take themselves too seriously then.

Se for Homer. Seems pretty true to me.
