I don't think the nature of U.S. politics is such that any president can effectively wield the kind of power you're describing. Yeah, you can still trace obvious lines of accountability to the big decisions, like declaring war on Iraq, etc. But everything else is so blurred and distorted by a collusion of myriad interests that compose the U. S. Govt—Congress, Cabinet secretaries, The Federal Reserve, legions of policy analysts and advisors, the large unseen mass of appointed bureaucrats, connected corporate cronies, lobbyists… ad nauseam forever. It becomes unreasonable to blame the majority of the actions and outputs of the U.S. Govt squarely on the president. It's unfortunately convoluted to a point making it difficult to determine who's really responsible for most of the things that happen. A problem even more alarming under the present regime.

Anyway, neither G. W. Bush or Reagan were saints by any means. But to seriously place them in the same class as other historical madmen is frankly insulting and demeans those who actually suffered under such tyrants. Americans have never experienced what its like to be slaughtered en masse by systematic genocide of the kind ******&Co. carried out. Or been forcibly starved to a point of having to eat their own children just to survive like what happened in the Ukraine on Stalin's whim to "punish" them. Or watched whole cities depopulated in forced mass exodus because Pol Pot decreed it was the Year 0 and that now everyone is going to be proletariat working in the fields—and in case you don't see it the same way, there's a trigger-happy 12 year old with no compunctions about ending you in name of the cause.

You just can't draw equivalence between shit like that and the crappy politics of any U.S. president to date. It pales in comparison. Maybe someday it will get that bad, but it hasn't yet.

Obama was forwarded to US-president as a contrast to him, - humanistic and liberal in essence politician. It was done to support illusion of democracy in USA, and somewhat to correct negative international image of country made by GW Bush.
Yes he was.

I type him ENFJ by image method, in general.
That's fine, but I still think you're missing sight of the man.

Every type has his own kind of "evil". Kind of "evil" made by Bush is betanish, so it not contradicts to my version gotten by image method.
Yeah I agree every quadra has its own variants of 'evil'. But Bush isn't compellingly Beta to me.
