What do you HATE about your conflictor?

I get a feeling that they are self-important and bull-headed. They seem to find the worst moments to act on their sentiments rather than acting rationally. Also their inability to see the bigger picture irks me - they seem to go for short-term goals that in the long-term may actually not lead anywhere and if you try to explain this to them, they usually don't understand.

What I like about them is that they are dependable and since both of us extravert our judging function both of us like order and some semblance of structure on the outside, even though we like order from completely different angles.

I hate that they are anal, judgmental, arrogant, and hopelessly convinced that they are right about everything.

I hate that they act as if everything that works in theory will also work in real life with no care at all about cultural contexts/histories/complexities or human suffering.
