More thoughts:

strrrng, the way you described LSEs aligns with my current understanding of them, and it is exactly why he could not be one. Emphasis on what is productive, efficient, etc is definitely not a focus I see in him at all.

I actually find LSEs pretty easy to pinpoint and know a few, and I could never be with one. Their focus on that kind of stuff seems extremely superficial to me and lacking in meaning, not to mention "less than smart", or I guess just not the kind of smart I appreciate. I could more easily be with an INTj.
