SEI or IEI. SEI was my first impression, but I wouldn't want to rule out IEI without knowing more.

What type is the Victoria Beckham look-alike?
And no Maritsa, looking like Victoria Beckham doesn't make them the same type. Actually that's the kind of thing I don't like about VI.

In my opinion he is rather IEI than SEI. On the second picture he clearly has an intuitive look in his eyes. I don't know male C-IEIs so I'm not 100% sure - but C-IEI is my typing...
